Pediatric Dental Assistant Little Teeth of Stratford – Stratford, CT Little Teeth of Stratford is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a busy, family-focused pediatric dental office that takes pride in creating a fun, positive, and caring experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who loves working with kids, has a great attitude, works well in a team setting, and is ready to help create an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Help children feel comfortable and safe during their visit Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms Take dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Seat patients and review basic medical/dental information Chart existing treatment and assist with clinical notes as needed Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-op instructions Keep rooms stocked and organized Support the clinical team to help the schedule run smoothly Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required X-ray certification preferred Positive, patient, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer: Supportive and upbeat work environment Opportunity to grow within a modern, family-oriented practice PTO and other benefits available If you are passionate about working with children and want to be part of a great team, we would love to hear from you.
