Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental imaging techniques and anatomical knowledge to accurately diagnose oral health issues. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care experiences. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a General Dentist with current DEA certification if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry practice within a dental clinic or office setting. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy related to oral health. Hands-on experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging tools. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and pediatric dentistry when needed. Commitment to infection control standards and HIPAA compliance for patient privacy protection. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
