Registered Dental Hygienist - East Lake Dental - Saint Cloud, FL

Our patient-centered dental practice is seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about oral health, excels in patient education and communication, and values comprehensive periodontal care. We are looking for the type of hygienist that patients would follow because they deliver a "wow" level of care. Position Details Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Lunch from 1-2pm Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English Responsibilities Provide thorough, gentle, and efficient hygiene care Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and periodontal health Perform and assist with periodontal therapies, including Perio Protect and Arestin Administer local anesthesia (license required) Accurately chart and document clinical findings Collaborate with the dentist and team to develop individualized treatment plans Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through excellent communication Be able to get treatment acceptance Follow clinical guidelines Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Local anesthesia license required Experience with Perio Protect and Arestin (preferred) Fluent in both Spanish and English Strong patient education and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Commitment to high clinical standards and patient-centered care What We Offer Supportive, team-focused work environment Modern, well-established private practice Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral and overall health Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Bonus opportunities based on production goals.
