Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-oriented, hardworking, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. The right candidate will thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with patients. Schedule Full-time position working Monday through Thursday . Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct patient assessments including periodontal charting and medical history review Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment recommendations Assist the dentist in identifying oral health conditions and treatment needs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Provide a comfortable, positive experience for patients Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Iowa Minimum 1+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patient-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong clinical skills What Weâre Looking For A hygienist who truly cares about patient experience Someone who brings a great personality and positive energy to the office A dependable team player who is motivated and hardworking A skilled clinician who takes pride in delivering excellent care
