Prosthodontic and implant procedures can evolve quickly, so the ideal candidate is someone who can go with the flow, anticipate the doctor’s needs, and smoothly adjust if a treatment plan changes during surgery. Our ideal assistant is someone who takes pride in mastering every aspect of the clinical role and enjoys being a key part of complex restorative and implant cases. Experience or confidence with the following is highly valued: Assisting with implant surgery Delivering full ceramic bridges and complex restorative cases Managing surgical and restorative setups Working methodically and staying organized during longer procedures Anticipating the doctor’s next step and adapting when treatment changes We value team members who are methodical, reliable, and friendly, and who help create a positive experience for patients while maintaining efficiency in a specialty practice.
