Our dental practice in Hollywood, Florida is seeking to add two providers to our team: General Dentist â 3 days per week Orthodontist â 1 day per week Our office has an established general patient base with consistent patient flow , providing an excellent opportunity for a provider to build and maintain a productive schedule. The practice also offers the opportunity to identify and develop orthodontic cases within the existing patient base. We are seeking providers who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care , maintaining a professional approach with patients, and working collaboratively within a clinical environment. General Dentist Position Schedule 3 days per week 9:00 AM â 5:00 PM Expected Hours Approximately 24 hours per week Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations Diagnose and treat dental conditions Provide restorative and general dentistry procedures Present treatment plans to patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Orthodontist Position Schedule 1 day per week 9:00 AM â 5:00 PM Expected Hours Approximately 8 hours per week Responsibilities Evaluate patients for orthodontic treatment Develop orthodontic treatment plans Provide orthodontic care and monitor treatment progress Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Florida dental license Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment Compensation 35% of production , with strong earning potential depending on provider productivity.
