Records Tech - Full Time at Cramer Orthodontics Are you looking to start your career in the orthodontic field at a practice that is passionate about patient care and has a family-like team dynamic?! This may be the office for you! What we offer: -Paid time off -4 day work weeks! (Must have Monday - Friday Availability) -Pay is based on experience Must be available for these times (but all employees only work 4 days a week): Mondays 7:30am-5:30pm Tuesdays 7:30am-5:30pm Wednesdays 7:30am-4:30pm Thursdays 7:30am-5:00pm Fridays: 7:30am-2:30pm or 4:30pm (2-3 times a month) Key Responsibilites: -Take intraoral scan with Lumina iTero scanner, pano and ceph x-rays and facial photos on all new and observation patients, all while making the patient feel comfortable and welcome. -Load records into patients charts -Help treatment coordinator prep for the day ahead (fill out consultation paperwork, send scan requests, add patient into all platforms) -Monitor remote patient notifications -Position is subject to additional responsibilites Requirements: -Either already have an RDA license or willing to obtain an RDA license (this is for the state requirement to legally take x-rays) -Have full time availability If you take pride in providing the best experience for patients, please EMAIL your resume and a short cover letter to Nikki@cramerorthodontics.com.
