Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Frankfort, IL

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and sterilized equipment following strict infection control protocols Take and develop dental X-rays and medical imaging to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning Manage patient records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Eaglesoft while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform chairside assisting with aseptic technique, vital signs measurement, and anatomy knowledge to support patient safety and comfort Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, greeting patients as a dental receptionist, and managing medical documentation Anticipate Dr.'s needs during procedures Proficiency with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft for efficient medical records management Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry Experience with infection control practices and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely adhering to radiation safety standards Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and experience working with pediatric patients Familiarity with dental assisting procedures including four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting techniques Cross-Trained with Front desk is preferred This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.
