Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Ogden, UT
Overview: We have an opportunity for the right applicant to work for an amazing dentist in South Ogden. We are an awesome family oriented dental office looking for a long-term dental assistant. We work Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-3pm and Wednesdays 8am-pm. Must be a highly motivated self-starter, absolutely dependable, outgoing, and energetic with a fun personality. Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Take dental radiographs (X-rays), chart existing and recommended dental work, create and present treatment plans, and keep detailed clinical notes. - In charge of inventory and ordering - Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment (sterilization and infection control) - Perform various office tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Previous dental experience is advantageous, but not required. We would be willing to train the right canadine.
