We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and help keep our clinical operations running smoothly. Position Overview: The Dental Assistant will play an essential role in supporting our clinical team by maintaining sterilization protocols, preparing treatment rooms, assisting with patient flow, and taking dental radiographs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols Seat patients and assist with patient flow throughout the day Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Prepare and break down operatories before and after procedures Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and sterilization areas Ensure operatories are fully stocked with necessary instruments and supplies Assist the clinical team in maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment Help create a positive and comfortable experience for patients of all ages Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and patient interaction skills What We’re Looking For: Energetic and motivated individual Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn Passionate about providing excellent patient care Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Paid Holidays Scrubs provided Schedule: Full-time position.
