Dental Receptionist - Travelle Family Dentistry - Burien, WA

Burien Dental is looking for a motivated, personable, and adaptable Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming general and cosmetic dental practice in Normandy Park (south Seattle near SeaTac & Burien). As our PCC, you will be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive and a trusted guide throughout their visit. You will help patients understand their treatment plans, coordinate scheduling, and assist them with navigating their care and financial options. This role plays a key part in creating a positive, seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented, upbeat environment and enjoys connecting with people. We are a light-hearted, highly skilled team that prioritizes the patient experience and values feedback, growth, and learning every day. Our dental office has been serving the Burien, South Seattle, SeaTac, and De Moines areas for over 35 years. Many of our team members have been with the office for years and we have patients who have seen us for decades. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and comfort using computers and office software. While familiarity with dental terminology or dentistry is helpful, it is not required. We are most interested in finding someone with a warm, service-focused personality and a genuine eagerness to learn. Past customer service or sales experience is ideal.
