What Youâll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive services Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care techniques Perform periodontal assessments and document patient health histories Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Partner with the doctor to identify treatment needs and support case acceptance Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based protocols Build trusted relationships that keep patients returning for long-term care What Weâre Looking For Current Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin Strong communication and patient education skills Passion for preventive care and patient-centered dentistry Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude New graduates are welcome to apply Schedule (days/hours): Monday 8-5 Tuesday 7-4 Wednesday 7-4 Thursday 8-4 Friday 7-1 Responsibilities: What Youâll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications: Who Weâre Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
