Your responsibilities include: Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment Qualifications: What You Bring Open to new grads and experienced hygienists Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Strong communication and leadership skills A compassionate, patient‑centered approach Ability to connect with diverse patient populations Familiarity with Denticon preferred (but not required) At Thorp Dental Center, we believe exceptional care begins with an exceptional team.
