Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety Document all medical and dental records accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Assist in patient education about oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy related to oral health Experience with dental imaging techniques and understanding of infection control standards compliant with HIPAA regulations Proficiency in using electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable Background in pediatric dentistry or experience treating pediatric patients is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures with confidence Excellent patient care skills with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and delivering compassionate service Join us if you’re eager to grow your career in a vibrant practice that values excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
