Associate Dentist – Part Time Redmond Family Smiles – Redmond, WA Redmond Family Smiles, one of Redmond’s top-rated dental offices, is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to cover maternity leave for one of our current associates , with the potential for the position to continue afterward depending on practice needs and mutual interest. The position will initially involve three days per week (Wednesday through Friday) during the maternity coverage period. The expected start will be in June 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, high-tech private practice with an exceptional patient base and a supportive, experienced team . We are looking for a motivated dentist who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry , building strong patient relationships, and working collaboratively within a positive team culture. Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology , including intraoral scanners, CEREC, CBCT, and 3D printing , allowing us to provide comprehensive and efficient patient care. Compensation will be structured as a daily minimum or a percentage of collections (whichever is higher) during the initial period. After the first few months, compensation will transition to a percentage-based structure .
