Permanent Dentist Job in Renton, WA
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our established dental practice in Renton, WA, two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking for a consistent, part-time schedule with a supportive clinical team and a strong patient base. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions Develop and present individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including: Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges) Preventive care and patient education extractions Periodontal treatment Endodontic procedures (preferred but not required) Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Washington State dental license in good standing DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and case presentation skills Commitment to providing patient-centered care Experience preferred, but confident new graduates welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive daily guarantee or percentage of collections (DOE) Established patient base Modern, well-equipped operatories Experienced and supportive dental team Positive, team-oriented work environment Potential for future growth opportunities Pay: $158,612.25 - $191,016.91 per year Work Location: In person
