As the first point of contact for our patients, youâll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every patient has a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and checking in patients with warm enthusiasm as the first impression patients receive at our office. Think of yourself as a Dental Concierge. Provide exceptional communication and phone support to patients Schedule patient appointments with efficiency and empathy Maintain impeccable records and organize patient information accurately Be adaptable and flexible to accommodate patient needs Ensure cleanliness, timeliness, and high-quality service at all times Support multiple areas of the practice as needed Core Competencies: 1 year of dental front office experience preferred, but not required Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills CPR Certification Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus, but weâll provide training if needed A positive, team-oriented attitude How to Apply: If youâre excited about the opportunity to contribute to a thriving practice and make a positive impact on our team and patients, please send your resume.
