Dental Assistant - Alpine Ridge Dental - Grand Rapids, MI

Alpine Ridge Dental is looking for a patient focused dental assistant to add to their team. The position is a part time position with the main role of assisting with occasional front office assistance. Assisting experience is required. RDA preferred but open to all assistants! Our office provides dental care for the entire family, we take pride in the comfort we provide our patients through communication and the latest dental tools and technology. The assistant position will include assisting with sterilization, cleaning of operatories and assisting during procedures. The desired candidate will be a highly motivated and positive individual with great organizational and communication skills. They will also have strong follow through skills and be a self-starter. We are looking for someone who values professional growth and evolving to better serve our patients. The team is experienced, fun and professional. Assisting doctor with daily schedule procedures Sterilization Cleaning of operatories and setup for next appointment Taking x-rays Review treatment plans with parents/guardians and schedule according to scheduling guidelines Greet patients and parents in a warm an inviting manner Prior dental experience required and computer skills are preferred.
