Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDA/RDA/Dental Assistant to join our dynamic orthodontic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, with expertise in chairside support, patient care, and administrative tasks. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting dentists during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Must be willing to travel to Vineland, Cherry Hill, and Hammonton for full time position. Part time is negotiable. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures in orthodontics. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment following infection control protocols. Requirements Valid certification as a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant), RDA (Registered Dental Assistant), or equivalent credential. Proven experience in dental assisting within a general or pediatric dentistry setting. Familiarity with dental imaging equipment including 3D scanners and X-ray machines. Excellent communication skills combined with professionalism to interact effectively with patients and team members.
