Job Title: Dental Assistant (On-the-Job Training Provided) Location: East Windsor, NJ Employment Type: [Full-time / Part-time] About Us We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a motivated Dental Assistant Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start or grow a career in dentistry. We are willing to provide hands-on training for the right candidate. Position Overview The Dental Assistant Trainee will support the dental team with clinical and administrative tasks while learning essential dental assisting skills. Training will be provided on the job, but candidates must already have a New Jersey Dental X-Ray License or be in the process of obtaining one. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by license Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols Keep treatment areas organized and stocked Help with basic administrative or patient support tasks as needed Requirements NJ Dental X-Ray License or in the process of obtaining it.
