What You’ll Do: Assist the doctor chairside during pediatric dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently Taking x-rays when needed Support restorative procedures, sealants, stainless steel crowns, and more Help manage behavior guidance with kindness and confidence Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Educate children and parents on oral hygiene in a fun, age-appropriate way Support smooth patient flow and teamwork throughout the day We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience is a big plus!) Is upbeat, patient, and calm with children Works well in a fast-paced environment Is organized and detail-oriented Communicates clearly with both kids and parents Has a positive, drama-free, team-player attitude Is excited to grow with a new and expanding practice Why Join Us?
