Schedule Options (Full-Time) We offer flexible full-time scheduling options to support work-life balance: Option 1 Monday – Thursday (traditional Hours) Option 2 Monday - Thursday (9am - 7pm) Your Role as a Dental Assistant II You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our doctors and clinical team. Responsibilities may include: Assisting the dentist during restorative, crown, implant, and general procedures Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Taking digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Maintaining accurate clinical notes and documentation Educating patients and providing post-treatment instructions Ensuring operatories are organized and fully stocked Helping create a comfortable, positive experience for patients We value assistants who take initiative, pride in their work, and care deeply about patient experience. What We're Looking For Required Active North Carolina Dental Assistant II certification Ability to take dental radiographs (X-rays) Strong clinical assisting skills Excellent communication and patient interaction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience assisting with crowns, restorative procedures, and digital dentistry Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment Benefits MORE Dental Solutions believes great teams deserve great support.
