Dental Hygienist - One Vision International - Springfield, MO

Position: Dental Hygienist Location: Springfield, MO Pay rate: $56/hr. Schedule: Days, Full-time, 40 hours weekly Key Responsibilities Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal evaluations Provide prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and other preventive hygiene treatments Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with practice protocols Document accurate and detailed patient records in the dental practice management system Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care instructions, and preventive strategies Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and desensitizing agents as needed Review and update patient medical and dental histories at each appointment Assist with patient scheduling, recall systems, and follow-up communications as needed Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Missouri Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA compliance Must have a clean background #Workwolf
