The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone early in their dental career or transitioning from hospitality or customer service who wants hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to grow in a modern dental practice. You donât need years of experience â just a great attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn! Responsibilities Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures Operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and infection control Digital radiographs and intraoral photography Clinical charting and documentation using Oryx practice management software Patient communication and education Inventory tracking and supply ordering Assisting with front office tasks when needed in a collaborative team environment What Weâre Looking For Reliable, punctual, and accountable Friendly and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail Eagerness to learn and improve Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Preferred but not required: Prior dental assisting experience or dental assisting program completion Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or willingness to obtain Radiology certification or willingness to obtain Background in hospitality, retail, or customer service Compensation & Benefits $25-30 per hour based on experience MondayâThursday schedule (no weekends) Structured 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews with clear raise opportunities Hands-on mentorship from a Harvard-trained dentist Modern dental technology and systems Small team environment where your work is valued Schedule Monday â Thursday 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM We are actively hiring immediately.
