Description JW DENTAL is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping our schedule productive and organized. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out Verify insurance benefits and review estimated patient portions Collect payments and process financial transactions Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Manage hygiene recall and continuing care appointments Help maintain a productive daily schedule Track patient referrals and assist with review requests Support administrative tasks, including insurance verification and billing as directed by the office manager Qualifications Dental front office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail oriented Comfortable discussing finances and insurance with patients Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred) Multi-Location (2 offices) availability Compensation $22â$28 per hour depending on experience.
