Overview: We are seeking a Coachable Dental Mind to Help Assist in our dental practice. This position will provide support to the dental team and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the practice. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, has excellent time management skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Assist the dental team with various tasks, including but not limited to: - Greeting and checking in patients - Managing patient records and documentation - Assisting with dental procedures as directed by the dentist - Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dental office Qualifications: - Dental experience is not required - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software is a plus Skills: - Life-long learner - Time management - Customer service experience - Team-player - Dedication to growth This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within our dental practice.
