We're a large, high-energy PRIVATE PRACTICE dental office looking for a skilled and motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our team. This is a key support role — you'll be the backbone of our hygiene department, keeping things moving and our patients feeling taken care of. What you'll be doing: Backing up our hygienists so their day flows seamlessly Flipping and turning over operatories quickly and efficiently Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized workflow Taking X-rays and getting patients started when hygienists are running behind You're the right fit if you: Take beautiful, diagnostic-quality X-rays — every time Are confident and experienced with digital scanning, including iTero Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Take pride in making everyone around you more efficient ⚠ Please note: If you are not comfortable taking X-rays independently or have not used a digital scanner, this role is not the right fit at this time.
