Certified Dental Hygienist - R. J Green Family Dentistry - Saratoga Springs, NY

Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment - Update patient records using Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other medical coding systems Experience: - Must have a valid dental hygienist license - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist preferred - Proficiency in using Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other medical coding systems - Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our dental hygienists.
