About Trinity Orthodontics: Trinity Orthodontics is a thriving practice with 4 convenient locations in Arvada, Thornton, Brighton, & Broomfield.(Mainly West Arvada & Thornton area yet our Assistants travel to any office when needed) We specialize in creating beautiful smiles using Invisalign and traditional braces, and we are committed to providing exceptional patient care. Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a positive and efficient orthodontic experience for our patients as well as provide positive team member interaction. 32-38 hrs per week. M-Th 8:25-5:20 Key Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during various appointments, including patient exams, x-rays, and procedures. Prepare and maintain detailed treatment records, including accurate charting and documentation. Ensure the practice adheres to all safety and infection control protocols. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients. Effectively communicate with patients and team members. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Flexibility to work at any of our 4 locations.
