What You’ll Do Assist chairside in pediatric dental procedures Support sedation cases including: Nitrous oxide Oral conscious sedation In-office and outpatient surgery center cases (credentialing provided) Cross-train and support front desk duties (check-in/out, scheduling, patient communication) Help create a smooth, welcoming experience for patients and parents Grow with the practice as patient volume increases Requirements Active Dental Assistant credentials in North Carolina Current BLS certification (required) Coronal polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring certification (Preferred but must be obtained) Willingness to learn IV/Oral sedation protocols (comprehensive doctor-led training included Willingness to be trained for outpatient surgery center cases Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ideal Candidate 1+ year experience in a pediatric dental setting (preferred) Comfortable working with children and creating a positive experience Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn Interested in growing into a long-term role as the practice expands Position Details Part-time to start , with clear path to full-time as patient population grows Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for professional development and expanded clinical skills If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of building something meaningful from the beginning—we’d love to meet you.
