Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients Administer oral surgeries such as dental extractions and assist with complex procedures like root canal therapy and prosthodontics Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment in compliance with HIPAA regulations Use dental imaging tools to diagnose conditions accurately while maintaining proper medical records and documentation in accordance with medical records standards Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort Skills Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures Excellent understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices Ability to perform dental fabrication tasks with precision and attention to detail Experience in pediatric dentistry or working with children is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care while managing multiple cases efficiently Familiarity with medical terminology, medical imaging techniques, and HIPAA compliance standards Join us in delivering outstanding dental care that transforms lives!
