Dental Front Desk Receptionist for Private General Dental Office We are a small, friendly private general dental practice looking for an experienced dental front desk/receptionist to join our team. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:20am-3:30pm This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a private practice environment, values patient relationships, and is confident with insurance verification, treatment plan review, and front desk communication. Responsibilities include: Greeting and checking patients in/out Scheduling appointments Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Reviewing treatment plans and estimated patient portions Collecting copays and balances Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Helping maintain an organized, efficient front office Supporting a positive team environment Ideal candidate: Previous dental front desk experience required Comfortable with insurance verification and benefits Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial estimates Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients Organized and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Looking for a stable, long-term office home Preferred: Experience in general dentistry Familiarity with Dentrix Strong communication and customer service skills Why join us?
