Job Overview Mikel Family Dentistry is looking for a hygienist to join our team! At our office you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, and educate patients on oral health. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and current dental conditions. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies. Take and interpret medical imaging such as X-rays Review and update medical records accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information at all times.
