Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Lauderhill, FL

Your Career Starts Here â And It Can Go Further Than You Think Most dental offices put you in a box. One role. One room. Same routine. Next Dental Group is built differently. Our Lauderhill location is one of the largest dental facilities in South Florida â three times the size of a typical practice â with an on-site commercial digital lab featuring milling machines, 3D printers, intraoral scanners, and a full clinical team performing everything from routine care to implants, All-on-X, root canals, and beyond. We're deeply committed to access to care, which means we're always busy, always moving, and always giving our team something new to learn. This is the kind of place where a motivated person can build a real career in dentistry â on their own terms. Two Tracks. One Starting Point. This hybrid starter role is intentionally designed to expose you to both sides of a dental practice â clinical and administrative â so you can discover where you thrive and build toward it. The Clinical Track â Dental assistants at the top of this field earn $35+/hour . They know photogrammetry, implant setups, All-on-X, RCT, multiple procedure types. They're irreplaceable.
