The owner dentist is looking to narrow her scope of practice and step back from clinical care. Compensation is a daily rate initially and then a production-based commission. Expected earnings: $200,000 to $400,000, depending on experience, skillset, and drive. Our practice focuses on quality, rather than quantity, so you enjoy a functionally paced schedule with opportunities for larger restorative cases.
