Overview Seeking an experienced, energetic Dental Assistant for all phases of chairside assisting. We are a dental office providing personalized care in the area of general dentistry. The position is FULL TIME and open immediately. Must be expanded duties certified, and have radiology certifications and computer skills. ONLY candidates with prior dental assisting experience will be considered. We expect the assistant to be experienced enough to be able to do the basic tasks such as: Demonstrate superior knowledge of all doctor systems and assisting processes Bringing patients from check-in to the operating rooms Breaking down and setting up rooms prior to treatment Preparing patients for procedures by taking X-rays, setting up instruments, etc. Assisting doctors during procedures when needed Demonstrate knowledge of all equipment, instruments, and supplies Stocking supplies and replenishing treatment areas Cleaning, sterilization, and storage of instruments Cleaning and maintaining equipment and instruments Cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms Requirements: Expanded Duties Certification Radiology Certification Computer skills Bilingual (Spanish required) Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is REQUIRED Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
