Registered Dental Hygienist Full-Time | $55.00/hr. Starting Pay | Isanti County, Minnesota About Us We're growing our hygiene team and are looking for a talented RDH in Isanti County, MN! The Opportunity We have one full-time RDH opening. Depending on where the fit is strongest, you'll be placed at our Braham or Cambridge location. Once placed, that clinic is your home base. You'll build lasting relationships with a consistent patient base and a close-knit team, with no rotating between offices. What You'll Do Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, cleanings, and periodontal treatments Document patient records accurately and maintain detailed chart notes Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive strategies Take and review dental radiographs as needed Partner closely with our dentists to deliver excellent, coordinated care Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient What We're Looking For Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Minnesota Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills with a patient-first attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New graduates are encouraged to apply — we love helping great talent grow!
