The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in a general dental practice, strong clinical skills, and the ability to manage both patient care and administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Provide expert chairside assistance for a wide range of dental procedures. Maintain optimal suction and procedural support throughout treatments. Take and evaluate high-quality dental radiographs. Assist in the fabrication and placement of provisional restorations. Perform dental prophylaxis when needed. Accurately document detailed, professional clinical notes. Present and close treatment plans with patients confidently. Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently. Ensure the clinical environment is organized and spotless. Support team efforts in maintaining smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Assist with social media management when applicable. Requirements Minimum 3â5 years of dental assisting experience in a general dental practice. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Advanced chairside and clinical skills, including radiography, provisional restorations, and prophylaxis. Experience with dental software (OpenDental preferred). Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills. Professional, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently. Strong understanding of treatment presentation and patient engagement.
