Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and education. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, a great communicator and committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. We care deeply about our patients and our team. Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling and root planing) Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventative care Support comprehensive treatment planning alongside the dentist Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications: Active Dental Hygienist license in Ohio Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Current CPR certification Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred Schedule: Full-time: M: 10-6 T - 8-4 W - 8-1 TH - 7-3 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education opportunities Why Join Us?
