If you are willing to grow with us, we can offer you a path to becoming a principal dentist with profit-sharing and/or ownership. . **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dental practice and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to improving the oral health of patients. **Duties:** - Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning - Administer anesthetics and sedatives for dental procedures - Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems - Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care **Qualifications:** - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - State licensure to practice dentistry - Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment - Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or Epic - Proficiency in infection control practices and aseptic techniques - Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where patient care is paramount.
