If you are an experienced dentist who is qualified to perform major dental treatment, we can offer you the following options which would allow you to get paid not only on your own adjusted production, but also on the production of the whole clinic: 1. Full owner of the practice. If you dream about owning the practice, we can help you. We understand that it is difficult to come up with enough cash to buy a successful expensive practice, or to obtain financing from the bank. We can offer you wages higher than the market rate, and you will be paid a part of it right away, and the remainder will go towards the purchase of the practice. You might purchase the practice even without any cash but paying for it only by your labor. 2. Partner-owner of the practice. If you dream about making money off the total revenue of the whole practice, but don’t want to go through the hassle which comes with owning the practice, we can help you. You could partner with the management company which would manage non-clinical aspects of the clinic (marketing, outreach, payroll, HR functions, building, equipment maintenance etc), while you will only manage the treatment, and your income will be significantly higher than your own adjusted production. 3. Principal dentist.
