We utilize the most current cloud-based practice management software and latest clinical tools and technology to enable you to deliver the best patient care possible and run an efficient practice. Beyond technology, you'll have direct access to over 20 dentists and specialists in our group who collaborate with each other, share ideas, and provide scheduling flexibility (to allow for worry-free vacation time). Mentorship from our seasoned doctors is both available and encouraged. Qualifications Our ideal candidate is intently focused on delivering the highest level of patient care, with several years of clinical experience as a strong foundation. Exceptional candidates who have completed a GPR/AEGD or who are recent graduates will also be considered under the right circumstances. A license to practice dentistry in the state of Rhode Island, or the ability to obtain the license, is a requirement of the position. Compensation, Benefits and Partnership Opportunities Along with the $10K signing bonus, our Associate Dentists enjoy a highly competitive, collections-based salary with guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining the group. After just two years, there is the potential for ownership in one or more practices as well as shareholder opportunities for like-minded dentists that share our vision and values. Please note that the $10K signing bonus for Associate Dentists assumes full-time (four or more days per week) employment with practices affiliated with Plum Dental for at least two years.
