Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Care Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on chairside clinical care, with cross-training in front desk responsibilities to support a seamless patient experience. Because we are a small, team-oriented practice, every team member plays an important role in both clinical and patient-facing aspects of care. Key Responsibilities: Assist the doctor chairside during orthodontic procedures (braces, aligners, adjustments, etc.) Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and maintain sterilization protocols Take records including photos, scans, and radiographs Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during visits Cross-trained front desk support: – Answer phones and assist with scheduling– Help coordinate patient visits and flow– Support new patient intake and follow-up communication Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver a smooth, high-quality patient experience How to Apply: Please apply directly through Indeed only.
