Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Full-time | 4 days per week | Every other weekend includes 4 consecutive days off Indian Peaks Dental – Lafayette, CO Indian Peaks Dental is a small, privately owned dental practice in Lafayette, Colorado seeking a friendly, organized Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a single-doctor general dentistry practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and providing excellent care to our patients. This is a full-time position working four days per week , offering a great work-life balance in a supportive and positive office environment. Responsibilities Prepare and break down treatment rooms for patient care Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Perform instrument sterilization and maintain infection control protocols Maintain dental equipment and assist with routine equipment upkeep Manage and order dental supplies Develop and maintain an instrument and bur maintenance plan Assist with weekly office cleaning and organization Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment CPR certification required Training available for the right candidate Preferred Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification , or Previous dental assisting experience Compensation $20-$27 per hour depending on experience Benefits Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays (select days) Every other weekend includes four consecutive days off How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume through Indeed .
