Oak Creek Endodontics is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice in Alamo Ranch. We are a modern, patient-centered endodontic office focused on delivering high-quality care in a calm and professional environment. Position Details: Location: Alamo Ranch, San Antonio Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent, personable communication with patients to ensure comfort and trust Obtain and record vital signs Perform chairside assisting during endodontic procedures Take and process radiographs (CBCT and intraoral) Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Efficiently turn over operatories/rooms between patients Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinical environment Qualifications: RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) preferred Endodontic experience is a plus , but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn — on-site training provided Why Join Us?
