Full-Time | Performance-Based | Leadership-Level Role We are a modern, growth-focused dental practice in West Palm Beach seeking a strong, confident Treatment Plan Coordinator who knows how to drive case acceptance and elevate daily production. This is NOT a basic front desk role. This is a leadership-level position focused on growth, accountability, and results. We are an established, growth-focused dental practice strengthening daily production and preparing for continued expansion. We are looking for someone who knows how to help make that growth happen. What You Will Own As the patient’s trusted guide, you will: Present and close comprehensive treatment plans (crowns, bridges, implants, SRP, multi-unit cases) Confidently discuss fees and financing options Increase case acceptance and same-day starts Follow up on unscheduled treatment consistently Protect and grow daily doctor production Strengthen and optimize the schedule to eliminate gaps Work closely with clinical and leadership teams to drive expansion You are not just presenting treatment.
