Perks: Monthly bonus Supportive, family-like environment Fun team bonding activities No Fridays or weekends Opportunities for growth Responsibilities Assist the doctor with restorative and pediatric procedures Perform coronal polishing, take digital X-rays, and apply sealants Maintain a clean, sterilized, and organized clinical area Ensure patient comfort and accurate charting/documentation Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to support daily flow Qualifications Current Louisiana EDDA certification (Required) Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (pediatric a plus) Knowledge of four-handed dentistry and restorative procedures Skilled in taking digital X-rays and performing coronal polishing Excellent communication and patient management skills Positive attitude and strong team player Comfortable in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Professional development assistance Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: EDDA Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
