Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, and x-rays ensuring optimal oral health for each patient Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental health Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories in Dentrix Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety procedures within the clinic Experience Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a fast-paced dental office or clinic environment Proficiency in using Dentrix for recordkeeping and scheduling Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques necessary for safe clinical practice Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while demonstrating professionalism and empathy Join us in delivering outstanding dental care that transforms smiles!
