About the Job Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, private dental office. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. New graduates are welcome! Our office is system-oriented and prioritizes the latest technology to provide the highest quality patient care. Schedule & Commitment Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week . Atmosphere: Team-driven, collaborative, and friendly with achievable bonuses. Responsibilities Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist during various procedures (restorations, extractions, endodontics, etc.). Clinical Prep: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies. Imaging & Tech: Take dental X-rays and utilize 3D scanners for diagnostic purposes. Documentation: Manage patient records via EMR (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic) while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Patient Care: Record vital signs, medical history, and provide post-treatment care instructions. Sterilization: Maintain rigorous infection control and aseptic techniques. Requirements & Qualifications Licensure: Active Florida RDA license (Required). Experience: While experience is a plus, we are happy to train new graduates who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to excel. Certifications: X-ray certification is required; CPR certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital charting and dental software is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a commitment to a team-oriented workflow. Knowledge: Basic understanding of HIPAA, OSHA standards, and dental terminology.
