Orthodontic Assistant – Join an Amazing Pediatric & Orthodontic Team! Brikhouse Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Orthodontic Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced, patient-focused team. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel between our three locations: Chandler (Elliot/101) , Gilbert (Greenfield/Guadalupe), and South Gilbert (Val Vista/202). What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, adjustments, wire changes, appliance placement) Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready Take intraoral photos, digital impressions, and X-rays (as applicable) Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow infection-control protocols Work closely with the clinical and front-office teams to keep the day running smoothly Help with our orthodontic treatment coordinator with schedule, patient flow and paperwork if needed. May answer phone calls or call patients if needed. Possibilty of cross training with our pediatric side if you are interested. What We’re Looking For Orthodontic experience is preferred. If you have worked with Damon braces or Spark aligners that is bonus! Applicants that have 1 year of experience or more will be evaluated more closely. Operative and X-ray experience preferred Great chairside manner Strong communication skills with patients, parents, and teammates Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to be crossed trained with our pediatric sides Schedule & Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time and part-time positions may be available Benefits discussed during interview Hours are M-Th 7:15-4:45, Fri 7:15-12:45 with lunch between 12:30-2:00pm except Fridays Hours would add up to around 37 hours per week!
